NEW DIY Upgrade Galileo Extruder KIT For Voron 2.2/2.4 3D Printer With HT LDO-36STH20-1004AHG(XH) Motor
About the Product
The voron Galileo extruder is an extruder made by voron community JaredC01 using planetary gears, which is called the Galileo extruder project. All Galileo project designs use planetary gear sets to achieve high-efficiency gear reduction.
Galileo Clockwork is designed as a plug-in replacement of the existing afterburner Clockwork module, and uses the same basic core components as the original orbiter drive system design, maintains a 7.5:1 gear ratio, and uses larger Bonctech gears, allowing More grabs. The Galileo kit includes all the necessary core components, only need to print ABS or PETG parts, you can complete the final assembly

Features:
1.Adopt lightweight 36-motor planetary wheel extrusion system, light weight and less inertia
2.High-quality gear components, stable extrusion consumables, high precision and long life
3.Short-distance extrusion, accurate extrusion, not easy to draw
4.for voron2.2,voron2.4,voron switchwire
Please Note:
This product does not contain prints, you need to print it yourself,Print address (https://github.com/JaredC01/Galileo)
The drive current of the extruder needs to be adjusted to 0.3-0.35A (method: adjust the voltage to about 0.28-0.3V or adjust the E-axis drive current by firmware)
Adjust the current reason: prevent the motor from overheating
Modify the extruder pulse method:
Method 1: Modify the extruder pulse by firmware:
#define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT {80,80,400,655}
Method 2: Send G code (can be sent by slicing software command):
M92 E655
M500
