Our sample program is designed to support meaningful, real-world product evaluation.

A collaborative way to experience our products

Our goal for offering free sample kits is twofold: first, to get our products out there and gain organic exposure through makers and enthusiasts who love testing new gear, and second, to gather genuine, actionable performance feedback from experienced users.

We have three types of samples available: newly developed unreleased items, regular product trial units, and items we’re actively gathering user insights to refine.
For approved applicants, we hope you can record your real-world usage experience for our product optimization. If you’re willing, you may also share your honest impressions with the maker community to help more enthusiasts know our products better.


Professional video production skills are not a requirement for application. Thoughtful makers, educators, print farm operators, bloggers, active community participants and passionate hobbyists are all great candidates whose firsthand thoughts will be extremely helpful to us.

Approval is not automatic

All applications are reviewed by our team. Samples are limited and may vary by region, stock status and product type. We reserve the final right to approve, decline or adjust any sample request.

Product testing

Run practical tests, compare print results or document compatibility with your setup.

Video review

Share a YouTube review, TikTok, Reel, Short or another video format that fits your audience.

Social sharing

Post real use cases, print results, installation notes or project updates on your social channels.

Blog or community post

Publish a written review, build log, forum post or community feedback thread.

Real photos

Send authentic photos of the product in use, including setup details and final print results.

Improvement ideas

Tell us what could be clearer, stronger, easier to install or better for your workflow.

How the application process works

    Our team checks availability and evaluates whether the request is a good fit for the program.

  3. Sample arrangement

    If approved, we contact you to confirm details and arrange the sample shipment.

  4. Test and share

    Use the product in a real project and share honest feedback in the format that suits you best.

Are samples always free?

Approved samples are provided free of charge for selected products. Depending on the product, destination and current program rules, shipping arrangements may be confirmed by our team before approval.

Will every application be approved?

No. Each application is reviewed manually. Approval depends on product availability, region, requested sample type and the value of the proposed testing or feedback plan.

Which products can I request?

Available sample products may change over time. You can tell us which 3D printer, accessory or component you are interested in, and our team will confirm whether it is currently available for the program.
