Returns 

1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

3. The cost of the return will be your responsibility  unless the return is a result of our mistake (i.e.you have received the wrong item) .

4. Item with quality problem can be exchanged or full refunded. If your item has a quality issue or doesn't work properly, please contact us immediately. We will answer your message within 1 business day and resolve your problem ASAP.

5. To start a return, you can contact us at shop@fysetc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions for your return. All authorized returns must be sent to our processing center at: Hehengxing Technology Park Shenzhen Guangdong china. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
